Terms & Conditions

 

By booking or using equipment from ALS Big Air, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All rentals must be reserved online or confirmed by payment.

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless ALS Big Air cancels the booking.

2. Delivery & Setup

  • Customer must provide clear access to the setup area.

  • ALS Big Air is allowed access to the property for delivery and pickup.

  • Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary.

  • Equipment must remain in the setup location once installed.

3. Adult Supervision

  • The renter must be 18 years or older.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

  • All safety rules provided must be followed.

4. Safety Rules

  • Do not exceed the maximum number of users.

  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets on equipment.

  • Stop use immediately during strong winds, rain, or lightning.

  • Children must not use equipment during setup or takedown.

5. Damage, Loss & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear.

  • Any loss, theft, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • ALS Big Air is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow safety rules.

6. Weather & Cancellations

  • Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice may receive a rain check.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment.

  • If ALS Big Air cancels due to unsafe weather, a refund or rain check will be provided.

7. General Terms

  • Accurate booking information must be provided.

  • ALS Big Air reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

  • By booking, you agree to all current terms and conditions.
